What exactly does Certiva do?

We already use Gusto, ADP, or QuickBooks Payroll. Does Certiva replace them?

No. Certiva Workforce Control and Payroll Management work upstream of your payroll processor. They clean up attendance records, manage approval chains and export verified data to Gusto, ADP, QuickBooks Payroll, or Paychex. Certiva does not process payroll, file taxes, or administer benefits.

How long does it take to get set up?

Most teams are fully day-to-day within two to five days. There is no IT project, no data migration from legacy systems and no six-month onboarding timeline.
